TheFund AG is a fund management undertaking established under Liechtenstein law. It was founded on November 14, 2000 and has its registered office in Vaduz/ Liechtenstein. The Company has the following core tasks: the formation and management of investment undertakings (launching of funds), execution of all transactions resulting from this function, participation in companies whose purpose is the formation and management of investment undertakings (funds) or the provision of services for such undertakings. TheFund AG has a registered and fully paid up capital of CHF 1.0 million. To assure the regularity of its management and within the framework of the legal regulations, TheFund AG cooperates with Liechtenstein banks exercising the function of Depository Banks for investment undertakings and with nationally licensed and internationally recognized audit companies. TheFund AG can launch or found and manage investment undertakings for its own account and also for third parties such as assets managers, trustees or banks. It is subject to strict supervision. It may likewise delegate various activities such as portfolio management but in any case it still bears the full responsibility for the activities of the investment undertaking.
