Web Services can be customized to various request of clients. Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) application. Every foreign investor who wants to invest in Korea securities market must obtain IRC from Financial Supervisory Service (FSS). We can apply for Investor ID on behalf of our clients. Safekeeping. Where possible, securities will be held in Korea Securities Depository (KSD). Securities are transferred through KSD and we monitor our clients' account with KSD terminals. Any safekeeping-related charge is on our account. Settlement. Settlement day is T+0 for bonds and bills, and T+2 for equities. We provide our clients with relevant reports at each step of proceeding settlement. Income processing. Income is paid on recorded holding in our books as at the company's record date. As soon as a company announces its dividend, we can make a provisional calculation of our clients' entitlements, and inform the clients of this. Proxy voting. All clients are entitled to participate in voting by proxy. We exercise voting-related actions authorized by clients and confirm any acts with our clients. All notices of meetings are reviewed by us, and clients are informed as appropriate. Corporate actions. At each stage of corporate action, we keep our clients be informed of every significant matter influencing their rights.
