Alliance Housing Bank is GCC's first private sector housing bank and has seven branches in the Sultanate of Oman. We specialise in mortgage loans; offer value-for-money loans and saving accounts. Alliance Housing Bank offers mortgages on properties in Sultanate of Oman. The Bank's mortgage customers are Omani and other GCC nationals, as non GCC nationals cannot own property in the Sultanate. We also offer a variety of saving accounts to Omanis and expatriates at attractive returns. Alliance Housing Bank is a public holding bank with shares listed in the Muscat Securities Market. The shares are widely held with about 3000 shareholders in all.
