Corporation and Trust Formation: One of the advantages of using Red Sea Management as an "International" company is to have us establish an offshore company for you and provide a trusted offshore partner for our clients. We establish trusts and business companies worldwide and are thoroughly skilled in the ion of which country is best for each particular purpose, and the legal requirements and documentation necessary to efficiently accomplish the establishment of a foreign entity. As an example of the thoughtfulness and attention to detail we place into managing every account, when Red Sea Management forms a corporation for a client, we only use attorneys as directors and nominees of the companies we establish. This gives the clients much easier access to a professional board of directors. It also establishes the strict confidentiality bond of an attorney-client relationship for the client in case there is ever any litigation. Modern Offices: Many offshore companies are opened in a person’s home or back office. Our modern offices are fully staffed and are open and ready to serve our clientele in excess of 16 hours a day. We answer the phones with a live operator - a staff member. If a client has a question or concern, there is a real person on Red Sea’s staff available to answer their question, or give an educated opinion or a recommendation. We are a full service company. We also have field offices worldwide including several in the United States. Just ask. Availability: All too often, offshore service providers are basically unavailable once the corporation or trust is established. At Red Sea Management, we realize forming your corporation, trust or investment package is a long-term relationship, not a onetime sale. We are able - and willing - to invest the time necessary to establish our client’s offshore entity, AND to provide as much service as the client warrants after the sale. Because of our long term approach to excellence in client services, Red Sea Management does not charge hourly consulting fees.
