The application page provides you the opportunity to submit an application for a loan, not our confirmed and approved offer to make a loan. We are a Utah based lender. If you submit your loan application to us, we will receive and process the online information the same as if you submitted an application to us in person at one of our retail locations. If approved, the funds will be dispersed electronically to your bank account via ACH credit from our account in Utah. Our loans are governed by Utah law. Utah law governing loans may differ from laws of the state where you reside. If you do not want to enter into a loan agreement subject to Utah law, you should apply for this loan at a lender in the state where you live. Loans are NOT available to residents of CT, NY, GA, MA, MD, ID, NH, and WV. Requirements: You must have worked at your current job for at least 3 months. You must have steady income. You must have your paycheck/benefits directly desposited into your checking account. You must be able to show a verifiable source of recurring income payments. You must have a checking account at least one (1) month old with your name printed on the checks. We cannot accept starter checks. Your checking account must be in good standing. You must be able to be contacted after work. You must be at least 18 years old. You must not be delinquent on a prior Loan. You must have a gross income of at least $1,000 per month, or a minimum of $800 per month in Social Security or other benefits income. You must have access to a fax machine. You must not currently be a debtor in a bankruptcy case or presently intend to voluntarily file for bankruptcy relief.
