Winterman Asset Management offers its clients the facility to open an account with a well known Swiss bank in order to deposit funds for management by the company on a discretionary basis. Accounts remain in our clients name and the Discretionary Management Agreement ("DMA") only extends to the purchase and sale of investments. We hold the necessary licenses to operate as a financial intermediary. Our Asset Management function is provided to clients who wish to open an account and have our asset managers invest those funds on behalf of clients on a discretionary basis.
