Lost Dutchman Search offices are located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Wisconsin and Utah. Unique in the industry, our company began it’s operation in 1991, out of an office located in Scottsdale, Arizona on Lost Dutchman Drive. Our office windows looked out upon the Superstition Mountains with it’s intriguing and colorful legend of the Lost Dutchman Gold Mine.
After 14 successful, growth filled years being based out of Arizona, the corporate office was moved to the state of Colorado. Lost Dutchman Search opened this office at the gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park – Estes Park, Colorado in October 2005. Our motto, "mining for talent within the insurance community", speaks of our direction and dedication in the searching out and placement of exceptional insurance candidates. We offer our clients continued customer service and satisfaction as we strive to build long-term relationships. We are proud of our reputation and our strong presence within the insurance marketplace. We are insurance recruiters, in good standing, with the largest, insurance specific, recruiter’s association in the US, National Insurance Recruiter’s Association (NIRA). NIRA membership has grown to over 70 insurance specific recruiting firms. When we accept a search assignment we actually have the resources and assistance of the entire NIRA membership available to us. Lost Dutchman Search also maintains active memberships in National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), the largest internet recruiting association in the country, the American Staffing Association (ASA), the Colorado Staffing Association (CSA) as well as the Arizona Staffing Professional’s Association (ASPA). What these affiliations mean to our insurance clients is that our work meets the highest degree of ethical practices and standards as set by our peers. Lost Dutchman Search is a registered trademark and protected by the US Patent and Trademark Office under registration number 3,211,806. Jeanine Drahota is the founding Principal of Lost Dutchman Search. She has a degree from Iowa State University and previous business experience running the sales and operation of 210 state-owned liquor stores in the state of Iowa for nine years. She began her recruiting career with Management Recruiters, Des Moines, Iowa location in 1982. She started an insurance desk and within four months became Manager. After that franchise was sold she moved to Arizona AZ in 1985 and opened the doors to Lost Dutchman Search in Scottsdale. Wanting to be unique and stand out in the recruiting marketplace, the company name was taken from the colorful legend of the Lost Dutchman Gold Mine of the Superstition Mountains of Arizona.
