This is the most popular and effective recruitment solution to a permanent staffing need at most levels. Our database contains a substantial number of accounting personnel all seeking new career opportunities. Following confirmation of the exact personnel requirement, a search of Pink’s database is undertaken where appropriate candidates are identified and contacted. Thereafter a short list is prepared of only the most suitable individuals for presentation to the client. Unless specifically directed otherwise this short list is a maximum of three candidates.
