Square Mile provides training courses in the disciplines that are core to our own expertise - development and change within an organisation. Our courses are offered in two ways: A ’public’ basis for which anyone is welcome to attend, this gives the advantage of views and opinions from different organisations. Public courses are offered based on a regular schedule of dates. On an in-house basis where we train groups of delegates from a single organisation or department. This style allows for the course to be conducted at your own premises or alternatively at our dedicated training venue, located in the heart of the City of London. All our courses are based on recognised industry standards. They involve lecture sessions augmented by written or role play exercises to enable the delegate to practice techniques in a safe and structured environment.
