Warning: If you have IRS Problems... This report probably contains IRS problem solving information that will cause you to be angry after you realize how much time and money you wasted having your IRS tax problem mishandled by you or someone else! Liens for back taxes are placed freely by the IRS. You probably have one already that you didn t ask for. That s why you may have received several solicitations that came in the mail. People with tax liens, and other tax problems are being "ambulance chased" more than people who were in car accidents! There are a lot of "new kids on the block" in this business who are trying to cash in on the latest "craze" of "representing taxpayers before the IRS". There s even a company in Colorado who, for a fee, will give you a loose leaf binder to read, making you an overnight expert. I have clients who have used large national companies to represent them. They quickly became unhappy because of the lack of personal quality attention that was promised ! If you are thinking of hiring a company, Google the name with the word SCAM after it. You will see the complaints filed! Please only hire a company professionally licensed by the state they are in. Otherwise you will have little recourse when you are ripped off. Good CPAs and attorneys work for firms licensed in their state. You must verify this with the state board of accountants or state bar association. Or ask if the company is licensed with the state board or bar and ask for the company s license number. They should be able to give it to you. If not, I d be very suspicious! Beware of people bragging about all the board of directors, civic or political groups they are members of. Nothing will take the place of personal ongoing attention by someone who has a lot of knowledge and experience in solving IRS problems. IRS Solutions, Payroll Tax, Owing The IRS, Delinquent Returns, Offers, Bankruptcy, IRS Audit, Think Again, Affiliates, IRS Forms, Payment, Tax Accountant. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, EVERYTHING IS NOT OK. In fact, at least 9 out of 10 times when I consult with taxpayers I am able to help them save more money, or protect their assets to a greater extent than currently exists. This has been my experience after thousands of case situations handled. I have proven methods that most people haven t even considered, no matter how many people they have spoken to in the past. I deal with many new tax problems each week; more than anyone else I know! My practice is devoted primarily to representing taxpayers before the IRS. After working for H & R Block in college, I started my own accounting firm. Since 1981, I have assisted many other CPAs and lawyers with their clients tax problems. I personally work my own cases. I do not employ junior accountants or ex IRS employees. My assistant and I meet daily to update the status of all cases worked on. All cases get close personal attention!
